Taste of Vernon Food Vendor Application

EVENT DETAILS: Monday, April 27, 2025 @ 6 pm to 9 pm

at Red Tail Lodge, 200 NJ-94, Vernon, NJ

VENDOR SET-UP: start 12pm (no later than 4:00pm), ready by 5:30 pm

>>>A $150 Deposit to hold your spot is required. The deposit check is returned to you at the event, and only cashed in the event of no-show/non-participation. Your space is not reserved until we receive your deposit check. Space is limited, first come, first serve.

Checks can be made out the Vernon Chamber of Commerce and dropped to Stephanie Scilingo during business hours at Executive Insurance Services at 327 NJ-94, Vernon or mailed to Vernon Chamber of Commerce PO Box 308, Vernon, NJ 07462.

>>>Each Vendor is responsible for its own chafing dishes/cooking needs, serving utensils, banners and staffing. One 5' foot table with tablecloth will be provided, please let us know by 4/2/26 if you need more than one table.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: As an authorized agent of the Vendor, my signature attests that I have read, understood & agree to the guidelines included in this application. Vendor also agrees to hold harmless Vernon Chamber of Commerce, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, members, directors, officers, and agents, from and against any claim and any losses associated with the 2026 Taste of Vernon event.
