Vernon Street Fair Photography Contest

Winners are chosen by People’s Choice through In-Person Voting at the Woman’s Club Booth at the Street Fair. Photos and form must be submitted by 9/5/25 for inclusion in the contest.

By submitting a photo to the Vernon Chamber of Commerce 2025 Street Fair Photography Contest, I certify that:

• I am the rightful owner and creator of the submitted photograph.

• I grant the Vernon Chamber of Commerce the non-exclusive right to print, display, photograph, and use my submitted photo for promotional purposes, both online and in print, without additional compensation.

• I understand that my photo may be displayed publicly at the 2025 Vernon Street Fair and may be photographed or recorded by attendees, media, or the Chamber for publicity purposes.

• If the submitted photograph was taken by a minor, I am the parent or legal guardian of that minor and grant full permission for their work to be included in the contest, displayed publicly, and used in Chamber promotional materials.

• If my photograph is selected as a winner, I grant permission for my name, likeness, and photograph to be used in Chamber announcements, marketing, and social media.
