Please fill out the Application below if you are interested in a booth at the Fall Festival at Pochuck Valley Farm on 10/10/26. Spaces are NOT reserved until your payment is received. You can pay Online with the button below. Space is limited, first come-first served basis. Sorry no food or drink vendors.

Fall Festival Application

Please Note:

• NO FOOD OR DRINK VENDORS as Pochuck will be offering both for sale.

• After setting up—all cars must be parked in field across the street from Pochuck.

• Booth size approx. 10X12 or 10’X24’ (double size & price)

• Reservations are non-refundable, regardless of weather, rain date will be Sunday 10/11 from 11:00AM-3:00PM (setup starts at 9:00AM

• No spaces will be reserved without full payment

• Space is limited, first come-first served basis

• Booth placement is determined by event coordinators

• All Exhibitors must provide their own tables, wagons and tents

• Exhibitors can setup starting at 1:00PM and MUST be setup by 2:30PM. PLEASE DO NOT BREAK DOWN UNTIL 7PM. You may stay until the event ends at 10PM if you desire, please let us know in advance.

• All Exhibitors must follow town fire & health regulations.

• Vendors must provide Certificate of Insurance before event date.
